Studio Policies

Scheduling & Cancellations
 

Circle House Studio reserves your regular lesson time specifically for you. Because of this, 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or requests to reschedule.
 

If you need to cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice, I will do my best to find an alternate lesson time that works for both of us. Make-up lessons are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
 

Cancellations or missed lessons with less than 24 hours' notice are considered a missed lesson and will be charged at the regular rate.
 

Emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen, of course. Please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up.
 

Monthly Billing
 

Weekly lessons are billed at the beginning of each month for the full month of scheduled lessons.

Your regular weekly lesson time is reserved for you each month, whether or not you are able to attend every scheduled lesson. This allows Circle House Studio to maintain consistent lesson times and provide a reliable schedule for all students.
 

Attendance
 

Consistent attendance is one of the best ways to make progress as a singer. Students are encouraged to arrive on time and ready to work.
 

If you know you will be absent, please provide as much notice as possible.
 

A Note About Making Music
 

Learning to sing should be challenging, rewarding, and—most importantly—fun. Circle House Studio is a supportive environment where singers of all ages and experience levels are encouraged to explore, make mistakes, take risks, and grow.
